NGlobal Network Latency Averages
  The below listed measurements of latency on AT&T's Global IP Network represent the average interval of time it took during the applicable calendar month for test packets of data to travel between selected pairs of the AT&T Network Nodes within the regions specified below. Over 2800 measurements are taken for each city pair over an entire month to derive the reported monthly average. AT&T believes this type of measurement more accurately reflects customer's real life experience, rather than measuring ICMP traffic such as pings.
